 THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE IN PLACE TO HELP ENSURE ALL

PATIENTS RECEIVE THE CARE AND ATTENTION THEY DESERVE.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

Medical Changes:

Please notify us with any medical or health changes at the time of each appointment, so we can safely treat you

Consultations: At Avo Medical Aesthetics, we offer a $75 consultation fee to discuss your treatment plan with our board-certified aesthetic nurse practitioner. During this consultation, you will have the opportunity to have all your questions answered and receive personalized care tailored to your specific needs. If a treatment is provided, your $75 consultation fee will be credited towards the cost of the treatment. Schedule your consultation today to start your journey towards looking and feeling your best.

​Confirmation Calls: We make every effort to email, call and text to confirm all appointments in advance; however, this is a courtesy, and the facility cannot be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments.

Deposits: A deposit, depending on scheduled service, is required to hold an appointment. Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment was cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. If a treatment is provided, the deposit will be credited towards the cost of the treatment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or a treatment is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited.

Prices and Promotions: We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest technology and innovations. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients a discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

Payments: Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not have bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Major credit cards and gift certificates.

 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed with the result or unhappy with the outcome. Skin care products and services are non-refundable/non-returnable, all sales are final.

In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription/products for any reason. 

 

We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service.at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
